Welcome to Kazumi Nippon Coffee. We are so glad that you are here. Make yourself comfortable and have a good time, but please follow our terms.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A PURCHASE.
The present terms and conditions (this “Terms of Use” or “Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”, “You”, “Your”) and Oracle Cabling INC (hereinafter “Kazumi Coffee” "Company," "We," "Us," "Our"). These terms govern your use of our website https://kazumicoffee.com/ (“Our Website”).
1. General Terms
By utilizing the Services and/or creating an account with us, you acknowledge and consent to the binding nature of the Terms (including the Privacy Policy). Furthermore, you commit to comply with all the operational rules, policies, and procedures published. It is important to note that we reserve the right to modify these terms as deemed necessary.
2. Product Information
All products offered for sale on Our Website are custom-produced to meet the specific requirements. In light of the bespoke nature of these products, it is acknowledged that there may be slight variations in appearance from one product to another. Such variations are inherent to the custom production process and do not constitute a defect or deficiency in the product. By purchasing our products, you accept and agree to these potential variations as a standard aspect of the custom production process.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to modification without prior notification. Full payment is required at the time of order placement, and no orders shall be processed until such payment has been received in its entirety.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped at the earliest opportunity if inventory is available; however, if inventory is unavailable, production will commence immediately upon receipt of the order, with an estimated production and delivery timeline of twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) days from the date of purchase. Once manufacturing is complete, all orders will be delivered to our United States headquarters before being dispatched to the customer. We are actively working to improve our logistical operations with the aim of enabling shipping within a twenty-four (24) hour timeframe in the future. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on the customer's geographical location and chosen shipping method; for more information regarding shipping policies, refer to our refund policy.
We reserve the right to update or change the shipping carrier and service at our discretion, based on speed, availability, and price, to ensure the most efficient delivery of your order.
5. Kazumi Nippon Coffee – Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each Kazumi unit is custom made to order. These terms reflect the craftsmanship, materials, and dedicated production involved in every piece. These terms apply consistently worldwide, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- All orders are final once placed. Production scheduling and allocation of materials begin immediately, and for this reason, cancellations cannot be processed without cost.
- If a customer requests cancellation after placing an order, it is treated in the same manner as a return. The order will be refunded minus a 55% manufacturing cost deduction, which covers the non-recoverable expenses of materials, labor, and setup.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
5.2. Returns (Unused Equipment Only)
- Eligibility – Returns are accepted only if the equipment is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, inserts, and protective materials.
- Return Authorization Required – Customers must email customer@kazumicoffee.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return. If approved, return instructions will be provided. The item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval. Returns sent without prior authorization, or outside this timeframe, are not eligible.
- Packaging Standard – Items must be securely packed to prevent damage, ideally in double-boxed packaging with adequate padding. All inserts and accessories must be included.
- Customer Costs and Risk – Shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and all transit risk. A trackable method is required, and insured shipping is strongly recommended for extra protection.
- Condition Requirement – Any damage to the unit or packaging, missing items, or evidence of use voids eligibility. Returns received in such condition will not qualify for a refund and may be held or disposed of at our discretion. If the customer wishes the unit returned, all shipping costs will be their responsibility.
- Non-Returnable Items – Used equipment, consumables, gift cards, and digital goods are not eligible for return.
5.3. Refunds – Amount and Process
- Amount – All eligible returns and cancellations are subject to a 55% manufacturing cost deduction. The remainder is refunded to the original payment method.
- Processing – Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Final Resolution – The refund amount is calculated strictly according to the terms stated in this policy and constitutes the full and final resolution of the transaction for that order.
- Fees and Currency – Payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, and bank charges are non-refundable unless returned to us by the processor.
5.4. Damaged Product Policy
Kazumi Nippon Coffee takes great care in inspecting and packaging its products to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that a unit arrives damaged, customers must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the product, outer carton, inner packaging, and shipping label. All packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement unit of the same product at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for damaged items. Due to the nature of glass, repairs are not feasible.
5.5. Defects & Support
- If you experience a functional issue, please email customer@kazumicoffee.com.
- We provide guidance, replacement parts, or solutions to ensure your unit performs as intended.
5.6. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments
- If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, it does not trigger an automatic refund.
- Once the item is returned to us, we will notify the customer at the email address on file. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7 calendar days of that notification to request a refund.
- Such refunds are processed under the same rules as cancellations after production began and are subject to the 55% manufacturing cost deduction (see Sections 1 and 3). Shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any return logistics costs are non-refundable.
- If no claim is made within the stated timeframe, the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion, with no refund issued.
5.7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge our clearly stated return and refund terms. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Kazumi Nippon Coffee will contest the claim by providing documentation of your agreement to these policies, including proof of acceptance at checkout.
Filing a chargeback in contradiction of agreed terms may be treated as a misrepresentation of the transaction. Kazumi Nippon Coffee reserves the right to pursue recovery of costs associated with unjustified chargebacks through all legal remedies available.
5.8. Waiver of Statutory Rights
Kazumi Nippon Coffee products are custom-made to order. As such, they are exempt from standard cancellation or return rights that may apply to mass-produced goods, including the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are commissioning a custom product and therefore waive any statutory rights to cancellation or refund that would otherwise apply to non-custom goods.
Kazumi Nippon Coffee is a registered business in New York, USA. Under New York law, businesses are not required to accept returns or refunds when this policy is clearly disclosed, as it is here.
5.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazumi Nippon Coffee’s liability is limited exclusively to the remedies set forth in this policy. Under no circumstances shall Kazumi Nippon Coffee be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for damaged or defective products is replacement or support as described in this policy.
5.10. Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Kazumi Nippon Coffee, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Awareness of Policies – You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies, terms, and conditions set forth by Kazumi Nippon Coffee, including but not limited to our Return & Refund Policy, Limitation of Liability, and Shipping Policy.
- Deemed Acceptance – Your placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these policies. You are deemed fully aware of and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined at the time of your order.
- Responsibility for Understanding – It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies prior to placing an order. By proceeding with your purchase, you waive any claims of ignorance regarding these terms.
- Binding Agreement – This acknowledgment is binding upon you and your successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

6. Order Issues

7. Intellectual Property
All content contained within Our Website, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, and textual material, is our exclusive property and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or utilization of said content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our prior express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, except as expressly provided herein. Under no circumstances we shall be liable for any refunds, damages, or other remedies beyond the replacement of the damaged product as described in this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for lost profits, incidental or consequential damages, or any other types of damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. By placing an order with Kazumi Nippon Coffee, you agree that you shall not pursue any legal action, claim, or suit against Kazumi Nippon Coffee for any reason related to your purchase, including but not limited to claims for damages, refunds, or any other remedies beyond those expressly stated in this clause.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute(s) shall be submitted to mediation conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either Party may initiate mediation by filing a request for mediation with a copy served on the other Party. Neither the attorney-client nor work product privilege shall be deemed to have been waived by any statement or disclosure made in the proceedings.
10. Miscellaneous
Modification. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and any operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Assignment. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Severability. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defences you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms.
