Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we accept cancellations. Since every Kazumi unit is custom made, special terms apply. For details, please contact us at customer@kazumicoffee.com.

Can I return my Kazumi Coffee Maker?

Yes, returns are accepted if your unit is unused and still in its original packaging. Just email customer@kazumicoffee.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Can I refund my order?

Yes, refunds are provided once the order is returned to us and inspected. Please contact us at customer@kazumicoffee.com for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged - can I get a replacement?

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
