Every cup from a Kazumi siphon tastes fuller and smoother than what other brewing methods can produce. If you found us through a brew video, a friend's kitchen, or the guide we sent you, welcome. This is where the people who love this cup gather.
You don't have to buy anything to be part of this. Follow along, watch a brew, ask a question. When you're ready to try it, you'll know.
Watch a fresh brew
Ninety seconds of infusion, one clean pour, no paper. This is what happens inside a Kazumi siphon from cold water to finished cup. The water heats in the flask, rises up into the funnel where your grounds sit, holds just under boiling for full extraction, then draws back down through the built-in glass filter. No metal, no paper, no plastic in the brew path. Just glass and coffee.
The whole thing takes about 5 to 8 minutes start to finish. Most of that is heating water. The actual brew is fast.

A brew from the community
Kevin H., a Kazumi Sumo Set owner, shared this after his first month brewing:
"Loving this coffee maker. Simple and elegant workflow, fun to watch the brewing process, and most importantly it produces great tasting coffee, fuller body and flavors than the same coffee made other ways. As a science nerd and a coffee lover, this is now my favorite way to brew coffee."
That's the goal. A cup that tastes better than what you were making before, using a brewer that becomes part of your morning without asking for a barista skill set.
