Every Kazumi order is fully protected by shipping insurance.
Coverage: If any part of your order arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, we replace and ship the affected component at no cost to you.
How it works: Simply contact us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement shipment immediately.
What’s not covered: Because each unit is hand-made from borosilicate glass, accidental breakage or mishandling after delivery is not included. Insurance applies strictly to transit damage and manufacturing defects.
