• Due to the specialized nature of our products, slight variations in appearance may occur.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• If inventory is available, orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

• If inventory is unavailable, production begins immediately after the order is placed. The production and delivery process can take 25-50 days from the date of purchase.

• Once manufactured, orders are delivered to our U.S. headquarters and then shipped to customers.

• We are working to optimize our logistics to enable shipping within 24 hours in the future.

• Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and shipping method.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.

• Kazumi Coffee does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

• Each order is custom-made, and funds are immediately allocated to the manufacturing process.
